TEAM PRACTICES ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING OPEN GYM TIME! PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE RULES BELOW.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE COURT TIME IF THE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED.

COST: $10.00 PER PLAYER FOR 3 HOURS OPEN GYM SESSIONS.
OPEN GYM IS FOR ALL AGE DIVISIONS.
RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Open Gym Policies and Procedures
· COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. PLEASE READ THEM UNDER THE COVID-19 TAB ABOVE.
All participants are required to check in and have a waiver on file before entering the court and must pay the fee prior to entering the Court.
· Only participants 13 years and older are able to play in Open Gym.
· All participants regardless of age will follow all the “General Rules” posted by It’s All Volleyball, if the rules are neglected you will be asked to leave.
· Open Gym Time is open to all participants regardless of age (13 & Older), gender or ability.
· Open Gym does not provide a coach or babysitter.
· Individuals or outside organizations are not permitted to hold team practices during Open Gym times.
· All participants at Open Gym are required to share a court with other players, no exceptions.
· A staff member will be on the premise always that Open Gym is in session, however staff are not required to participate in Open Gym play unless they want to.
· Please make sure you are respectful of all equipment and people in the gym.
· There is no touching, hitting, kicking or horse play of any kind. Safety is priority.
· IAV is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal item in a safe visible location.
· There is NO Food or Drinks on the court. Water is permitted off the surface or at the bleacher/sitting areas.
· No additional equipment that is not Volleyball Related is allowed on the courts.
· No hanging on nets at any time.
· No foul or bad language of any kind.
· No Drugs or Alcohol is allowed at any time.
· No gum is allowed.
· Please have fun.
LIABILITY RELEASE FORM WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN WHEN YOU COME IN FOR OPEN GYM.
Intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless It’s All Volleyball LLC, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to It’s All Volleyball LLC, as regards to any activities involving practices, training, games, tournaments and clinics which includes any activities within the building and on its premises. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this and all events that occur at this location. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by It’s All Volleyball LLC, and/or its affiliates, groups and vendors throughout the year. We also reserve the right to use any photos or videos to promote the facility. By signing this waiver, you have read and agree to all COVID-19 Rules and Regulations set forth for this facility. I am aware that this sport may cause injury or death. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
